Pride on the Plaza
Saturday, May 4 at 3 PM
Pride on the Plaza will build on the success of last year’s historic Out in the Grove event.
This festival, from 3pm to 5pm will be on Union Plaza. The festival will feature local and regional organizations, local vendors, and music. We hope that you will take the time to join us, to eat, to support local businesses, to connect with LGBTQ+ friendly organizations, and to embrace queer fellowship. We have come a long way, as a nation and as a university community, in demonstrating our respect for the dignity of each queer person in our midst. Let’s be proud of where we are and steadfast in where we need to go.
Happy Pride, y’all. See you on May 4th.
